I highly recommend SRAP for any painting you require. Stan and his team provide a professional and personal approach with extremely high quality workmanship. I hired them to paint my elderly parents home and from the very first meeting with Stan to discuss our requirements, to the most detailed, thorough and honestly best quote I’ve ever seen, to even matching the painters (Daniel and Johnny) with my parents, through to completion of the work, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hired Stan and his team to completely refurbish my home after having my ceiling replaced. This was a big deal for me. I was having to trust my home (my most valuable asset, to someone else).

The moment I met Stan I knew that he not only knew his stuff what he was doing but was passionate about customer service.
And I felt absolutely comfortable with putting my home into his hands.
And from day one, nothing was too much trouble.

I had never done this type of project before so Stan helped me with every aspect and listened to my (sometimes outrageous) ideas.
He guided the whole project, would speak to me every night at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with the progress.
He was completely transparent with the costings and with what could and couldn't be done on a practical level.

Porters French Wash to our Apartment

We have been admiring French wash walls for many years now but have found it difficult to find a painter who was confident to provide such a specialised paint job.

We moved into an apartment 5 years ago and we decided that now, with both of us retired, was the time to have our apartment finished in a more unique décor than the modern minimalist style. We looked for a painter who could do it and were referred by the Masters Painters Association to Stan Hofer of Sydney Remedial, Access and Painting. We are thrilled with the finished product and many of our friends have admired it.

Stan was very helpful and assisted us with a number of projects around our apartment. The major one was the French Wash. Every tradesman employed by Stan for work with us has been clean and professional in all ways.

We would thoroughly recommend Stan Hofer and his team at SRAP . Stan is excellent for any painting or related jobs.

We engaged SRAP to inspect our roof on our shop awning due to water issues on the footpath below and into the shop. After the inspection was carried out, SRAP provided me with a comprehensive report, as well as recommendation to remediate.

The outcome was to change the roof, and increase the size of the box gutter as it was no longer able to move volumes of water in heavy rain. I had a lot of faith in Stan from SRAP after we had a look at the report. We decided to go ahead with him and his team. He was very professional and diligent in all his dealings.

He organised the Council permits on my behalf, and disconnection and reconnection of our tenant's air condintioner systems, the removal of all roofing materials, as well as some extra for me at no extra cost.

The new Box gutter and roofing went on in two days, a great result considering how busy the heart of Haymarket is. A job well executed.
