Scope of Works for this project were to Install additional Rope Access anchor points, carry out remedial repairs to the facade, installation of new expansion joints,  and replace delaminated sikaflex joints. Repaint of the building facade.

Key Facts

Access – Rope access was to be used to save on access costs (such as Boomlift or scaffolding).
Additional installation of Anchor points were required. These remain after the work is completed and can be used for future maintenance work.
Remedial repairs carried out. Opening / widening cracks in render, then priming and instating new Sikaflex.
Installation of new expansion joints and Sika joints.
Repaint of building facade with Dulux Acrashield.
