60 Waverly St Belmore – Facade and window sealant replacement

The Client called on a Monday for a meeting and quote for the remedial repairs required, and stated the urgency to get it done “yesterday”. Our SRAP team of rope technicians were onsite 2 days later, installing anchor points and certifying. The following day we were on the ropes starting the remedial works.

This building required Sikaflex sealant to be replaced on the facades (all control and expansion joints) as well as silicon instated around all windows to prevent water ingress. Being on a busy road, and not wanting to use scaffold unable to use boomlifts here, we were able to carry out the work quickly, efficiently and more cost effective for our client.

The Strata manager was very impressed with the quality and speed that the work was completed in.
