Install Tiger tails for power lines
Wash down front façade above awning facing Parramatta Rd
Removal of plants and weeds on façade that have grown through cracks.
Seal cracks on top of and front and back of parapet wall.
Apply water proofing membrane to parapet wall to stop moisture ingress.
Render repairs to façade.
Rope Access used to facilitate remedial and repainting works
Products used – Dulux and Ardex Waterproofing.
