Grosvenor Rd Wahroonga Conservatory restoration

SRAP were engaged by Designer, Decorator and Stylist Kim Taylor to help in the restoration of this lovely Conservatory room (attached to an 1870’s built home).

Working along side the steel fabricator to replace most of the structure, and weather not in our favour (for the drying time of the coatings), it was a challenge to complete on time, in order for the glazier to install 176 panes, but achieved. The paint system consisted of 2 coats of Dulux Durebild STE and 2 coats of Dulux Metalshield Premium UV Resistant. The finished product looks amazing, with the client extremely pleased with the result.
