Lidcombe Residential – Dulux make over

Project – Residential remedial and repaint.

The scope of works: firstly, render repairs were carried out to all cracked and drummy areas. The team caulked and applied Sikaflex to all junctions. As a result water ingress issues are eliminated.

We used a Dulux spec, with Acraprime applied to all broad walls. Dulux Acraskin as required to bridge hairline cracks and 2 coats of Dulux Acrashield. All the metal work such as gates and balustrades had Durebild STE and Weathermax applied.

For the timber front door we used Norglass Northane marine grade clear polyurethane, giving it a brand new look and protection from the elements at the same time.

The end result once again a very happy client, who complimented the professionalism and workmanship of the SRAP team. Our attention to detail and quality were noted.
