Scope of Work – Strata managed project. Pressure clean / soft wash down all exterior surfaces, remedial repairs were to be carried out – including but not limited to cracked and drummy render, concrete cancer. Replace damaged service doors. Repaint exterior in same colour scheme.
Internal – Common areas (Stairwells) repaint ceilings, walls, handrails, residential and service doors and frames.
