Our team at SRAP inspected this roof, replaced any loose or cracked tiles, repointed the ridge capping. The roof was then fully pressure cleaned, removing 40 years of mould and algae build up.

A sealer coat was applied to the entire roof, then 2 coats of Dulux Acratex – finished in Terracotta colour. The owner and neighbours were very impressed with the quality, and the finished look.
